Introduction to Thomas Farrell

It is no surprise that Thomas Farrell has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2016 M&A Awards. This prestigious award is the result of over 38 years of dedication and determination to excellence in both his business and life.
Lifetime Achievement
Tom began his career as part of technological pioneers Eastman Kodak, a 25-year span that saw him named Director of Sales and Marketing Health Sciences, as well as achieve his Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Following this, Thomas would spend over a decade at Citigroup as their Executive Vice President of Business Analysis, delivering robust initiatives for both Business and Operational sectors.
Tom has been with The Generational Group since 2005 as our Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a role he has consistently excelled in. Offering a professional and experienced approach when dealing directly with business owners, Tom is adept at analyzing and assessing companies before accepting them to enter our M&A process.
Having played such a vital role in a number of prominent companies, Tom is uniquely positioned to provide business owners with the insight and knowledge to effectively determine the best time to exit their company.
