Generational Capital Markets Advises RSD Supply in its Sale to Field Industries

Generational Capital Markets (GCM), Member FINRA/SIPC and a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client RSD Supply, Inc. to Field Industries. The deal closed on May 15, 2023.

Located in Houston, Texas, RSD Supply (RSD) is a stocking distributor of flanges, pipe, butt weld fittings, forged steel, valves, studs and gaskets and other miscellaneous items to the oilfield industry and industrial markets.

RSD is a respected name in the fabrication, manufacturing, construction and industrial supply business in the Gulf Coast area. With over 20 years in the Houston area, the Company has an established reputation for satisfying customers because they provide the best service with their products.

The RSD sales representatives are knowledgeable, and they can help a client find what they need even if they do not stock it. Many of RSD’s manufacturers also fabricate special flanges, fittings, and other items per client specifications.

Field Industries (Field), located in Houston, Texas, is a stocking distributor of steel and alloy pipe flanges, long weld necks, butt weld fittings, and forged fittings. Founded in 2011, their team has consistently grown and evolved to meet the changing needs in the petrochemical, refining, gas processing, power, manufacturing, construction, and industrial fabrication industries.

Field is differentiated in the market by offering fast, reliable, and 24/7 service. Their knowledgeable staff, strategic supply agreements, quality documentation controls, customized software, and in-house logistics are key to the Company’s success. Generational Capital Markets’ Sr. Managing Director - M&A, Chris Heckert, with the support of Vice President M&A, Nydia Blanco, successfully closed the deal. Generational Equity’s Senior Managing Director James Carr established the initial relationship with RSD.
