VALUATION FIRM OF THE YEAR

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEAL OF THE YEAR ($10MM-$25MM)

Acquisition of Mainstreet Computers by Convenient Payment Systems, a holding of The Beekman Group. Phil Pizzurro was the lead dealmaker on the transaction.

PRIVATE EQUITY DEAL OF THE YEAR ($25MM-$50MM)

Acquisition of Cawoods Produce by Mr. Greens, an Investment of Shoreline Capital. Chris Heckert and Andre Farahmandi led the team that closed the deal.

M&A DEAL OF THE YEAR ($50MM-$100MM)

Acquisition of Mission Bell Manufacturing by USA Millwork, Inc. Stephen Crisham and Lori Galloway worked together to close the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL AWARD – HEALTHCARE/LIFE SCIENCES DEAL OF THE YEAR

Acquisition of Spectrum Solutions and Go-2 Fulfillment by DW Healthcare Partners. Michael Goss and Don Ho worked together to successfully close the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL AWARD – PRIVATE EQUITY DEAL OF THE YEAR (Over $50MM To $100MM)

Acquisition of Spectrum Solutions and Go-2 Fulfillment by DW Healthcare Partners. Michael Goss and Don Ho led the team that closed the deal.

The awards will be presented at a virtual awards gala celebration on Thursday, February 4th, 2021.
