Generational Group Expands with New Office in Charlotte, NC

Generational Group, a leading middle market investment bank for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the continued expansion of the firm with the opening of a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, the firm now has 13 offices in North America.

The new office is led by Jack Sluiter. Mr. Sluiter serves as Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions in the South Eastern region at Generational, and works directly with private middle market business owners in developing and executing exit strategies. Sluiter’s focus is connecting sellers with the right buyers at an optimal price and deal structure. He is a commercial real estate broker licensed in North and South Carolina.

Prior to working with Generational, Sluiter owned a brokerage firm that specialized in the marketing and sale of main street and lower middle market businesses. During this time he earned multiple awards, including the 100 Winners Circle Award and the President’s Club Award for 3 consecutive years.

Sluiter currently serves on the board of Parkwater Aviation, and has been an active board member for several non-profits including Parkwater Foundation and the International Association of Missionary Aviation. Sluiter and his family worked 17 years in the international non-profit world where Jack served many roles, from mission pilot in South America, to CFO.
