Ted has specialized as an advisor and intermediary for numerous mergers & acquisition transactions, involving a wide assortment of industry sectors and all aspects of the M&A process ranging from business analysis, presentation packaging and marketing, negotiations, transaction structuring, financing, due diligence and post-transaction integration. 

Ted has also been responsible for developing various strategic alliances and affiliations to further broaden the firm’s network and services.

Ted has written a number of articles and has presented numerous seminars and workshops on various topics such as the process involved in undertaking merger & acquisition transactions, business valuations, and win-win negotiations.
