Mr. Shmueli specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has over 20 years of experience advising both strategic companies and financial sponsors on all aspects of M&A in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining Generational Group, Moses provided middle-market sell-side advisory services at a leading regional M&A firm and was also a Managing Partner at a financial advisory and private equity firm where he executed portfolio company strategic plans, leading to successful exits.

Mr. Shmueli was also a Vice President at EVA Dimensions (recently acquired by ISS), where he advised corporate teams, investors and board of directors of leading Fortune 500 firms on mergers and acquisitions, profit improvement, strategy and capital projects.

His early career included mergers and acquisitions experience as a Vice President of Investment Banking at ING Barings Furman Selz, Private Equity Associate at Sandler Capital Management and Manager in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group.

Mr. Shmueli graduated with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
