Lisa Lippe is a seasoned MarTech strategist and team-oriented executive. She has more than 13 years of experience in the M&A industry and has served in multiple roles within the Generational Group. 

Ms. Lippe currently leads the Generational M&A Marketing and Buyer Services departments which are focused on developing relationships with tens of thousands of active middle-market buyers and connecting them with Generational client business owners.  Ms. Lippe has been instrumental in developing Generational’s proprietary buyer portal, known as DealForce, including a real-time posting of active deals and acting as a buyer hub for all communication and buyer activity.

She personally meets with buyers and business leaders who invest in growth and build companies; and she manages relationships with M&A industry influencers to showcase new Generational client-owned businesses to targeted potential buyers (e.g., ACG Conferences, “Association for Corporate Growth”).  As a former co-owner of several small businesses, Ms. Lippe possesses first-hand experience of -- and insight into -- the challenges of privately held businesses.  She is passionate about identifying and connecting qualified buyers and sellers in synergistic, win-win transactions. In her earlier professional life, Ms. Lippe was an educator and taught both locally and extensively overseas including: Bangladesh, Thailand, Russia, Sri Lanka, Nicaragua, and India. 

Ms. Lippe graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Women’s University.  She has also earned professional certifications in human resources, marketing automation, and customer relationship management. She is the proud paw mom of two pups who graduated with honors from obedience school and who sadly no longer chase each other in circles around her sofa.
