We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Swanson Fire Protection, Inc., to Baymark Partners. The acquisition closed March 4, 2021.
Swanson Fire Protection, Inc. (SFP), located in Jacksonville, Florida, is a privately-owned designer, installer, and maintenance provider of fire and sprinkler systems within the regional marketplace. Over its longstanding history, the company has worked on a broad set of projects within the residential and commercial industries.
SFP provides the installation of new fire protection systems such as sprinkler and fire suppression systems. SFP’s staff of designers construct fire protection and suppression systems that are specific to each facility, that will detect and respond to fire conditions to ensure the safety of occupants and reduce any potential damage.
SFP generates the majority of its revenue from sprinkler system installations and service work. The company currently designs all fire and sprinkler systems in-house through sophisticated software, which includes AutoCAD.
The acquisition of SFP was concluded at the same time as the sale of another client, Residential & Commercial Fire Protection, Inc., also to Baymark Partners.
