Generational Capital Markets completes the sale of its client Barenco, an environmental engineering firm, to Trow Global. Brenen Hofstadter and Chris Heckert from Generational Capital Markets advised Barenco. Brampton, Ontario (PRWEB) February 25, 2010 -- Vlad Stritesky, President and CEO of Trow Global, a Canadian firm of engineers and consultants headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, and Jim Phimister, President of Barenco Inc., a Canadian environmental engineering and sciences services consulting firm in Gormley, Ontario, today announced that Barenco has joined the Trow Global group of companies.

GCM is a Dallas, TX based merger & acquisition advisory firm; Mr. Hofstadter and Mr. Heckert focus on the industrial and engineering industries. Trow was represented by EFCG, a New York City based firm providing financial and strategic advisory services to engineering consulting firms. The transaction closed Feb. 4, 2010 and the terms were not disclosed.
