We are pleased to share the sale of our client Mitchell Associates, Inc. to The Saber Group, LLC. The acquisition closed November 2, 2023.
Founded in 1965, and located in New Castle, Delaware, Mitchell Associates is a multi-disciplined design consulting firm offering expertise in architecture, interior design, space planning, wayfinding graphics and signage design, and donor recognition design/build.
The firm’s specialty is the planning and design of spaces, places, wayfinding, and recognition for the people that envision and support these environments. Mitchell’s specialty niche, experience, longstanding history, many repeat clients, impressive portfolio of completed projects, and reputation as an extremely creative firm who knows how to be diligent problem solvers have all driven the company to great success.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, Raaz Ali, a Generational Group Authorized Affiliate, with the support of Managing Director, M&A, Corey Painter, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director James Carr established the initial relationship with Mitchell Associates.
