The Strategic Growth Plan is a 3 to 5-year strategy that focuses on long-term improvements. A key for a successful exit is to have a well-prepared Strategic Growth Plan that gives your team and potential buyers a long-term vision for your company and the details of how you are going to get there.

The Tactical Acceleration Plan is a 3 to 12-month plan that focuses on short-term improvements and is an expert-driven business analysis that identifies how to improve short-term profitability, cash flow and performance, usually within 12 months. This solution is best for an underperforming company that needs tactical, short-term guidance.
