Our Purpose

We are looking for a tech-savvy Systems Technician to be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software. As a Systems Technician, you are responsible for responding to email, chat, or phone queries and offering technical support to end-users using computer systems, hardware, and software.

To be a successful Systems Technician you should be well-versed in all aspects of computer systems configuration, set up, and maintenance. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the patience to communicate with various interdisciplinary teams and users.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position's work includes the administration and continual support of our enterprise systems and infrastructures, including daily issue resolution, regular maintenance work, and project work.

In this role, accuracy and pride in your work are crucial to our continued success. We will rely on you to perform the following duties:

  • Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
  • Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Run reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
  • Administer diverse systems environments, and work to ensure their health and remediate any issues or problems that affect our users' working experience.
  • Work in a team-based environment on problem resolution.
  • Quickly learn new software products, work with end-users to resolve issues, and assist them in using all software.
  • Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established policies and configuration guidelines.
  • Install and configure software and hardware, as well as set up accounts and workstations.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Take ownership of the systems and stay knowledgeable of up and coming technologies through continued research.
  • Travel to branch sites to provide required support or new setups.


The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities, attributes, experience, and skills:

  • An Associate's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information systems, other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems/Network Administration.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Windows Server 2k12/2k16 including Active Directory including but not limited to Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Clustering.
    • Office 365 tools such as Outlook Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Understand hybrid Exchange setup, its roles and architecture, mail flow, SMTP, client connection protocols, and fundamentals (Outlook, ActiveSync).
    • LAN/WAN/WLAN computer connectivity throughout the network.
