Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Evaluation Deliveries & Engagement Agreements, Identify Motivations
  • Manage and complete Profiles, CIM’s, Buyer Lists and Buyer Campaign Launches
  • Manage and perform Buyer Profile and CIM Calls and Email Campaigns
  • Provide timely Client and CRM updates and reports
  • Qualify Buyers, work with Marketing Group, Conduct Buyer Visits
  • Conduct “Calls for Offers”, LOI Reviews, and LOI Negotiations
  • Handle Due Diligence Processes
  • Review and Negotiate Purchase Docs from M&A Perspective
  • Coordinate with Attorneys and Accountants, create referral relationships
  • Travel required, 1-2 day trips per week is most typical, but it varies

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements

  • CRM/Salesforce experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • 5+ years M&A experience selling private companies between $1-$250mm
  • Industry expertise, relationships, background a plus (IT, Healthcare, Food, Other)
  • Existing network for new client referral sources
  • Self-motivated, self-managed, and results oriented
  • Team and unity driven (Sr. VP and MD roles dependent upon qualifications)
