  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), to create and maintain lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists, create segmentation groups and track emails, and develop relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Content Builder.
  • Design, optimize, and execute campaigns using strategies such as A/B Testing, throttled sending, etc. --Marketing Campaign Personalization
  • Work with Data Extensions, Profile management, and subscriber DE.
  • Perform systematic data cleansing process to ensure data integrity.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Create and manage journeys in Marketing Cloud.
  • Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with key stakeholders on campaign stats.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Follow up on interested respondents.
  • Additional Deal administration support

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or similar preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.
  • Experience with Administration and configuration is highly preferred.
  • Must Have Amp Scripting, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience builder - Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Experience in Data extensions – automations, A/B testing
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred
  • Experienced in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop preferred
  • Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding)
  • Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects
  • Knowledge of email marketing and digital marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
  • Team player who is willing to step outside of the job description as necessary
  • Excel proficiency, comfort with numbers, tables and pivot tables.
