Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and support assigned dealmakers on engagement with and initiation of M&A campaigns
  • Manage NDA receipt/approval and OM distribution
  • Manage marketing program development and tactical implementation
  • Manage annual account updates support/coordination
  • Contribute to development and implementation of "continuous improvement best practices" for East Region 
  • Support group leader as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Recognized relevant financial administration experience
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • CRM experience required - Sales Force experience a plus
  • Word, PPT and excel working proficiency a requirement
