Generational Equity Communication Coordinators are part of the Client Experience team and play an important role in our client-centric model. This position is the back-up to the lead receptionist and must understand the importance of being the face and voice for Generational Equity.  

Responsibilities

  • Face and voice for Generational Equity as the back-up Receptionist
  • Opens office daily
  • Welcomes and directs clients, visitors and Generational Equity team
  • Answers telephone – Screens and directs calls and messages
  • Ability to clearly communicate basic Company information and answer general questions
  • Understands and maintains lobby Security Policies
  • Maintains appearance and inventory for lobby, break-rooms and meeting rooms
  • Helps manage meeting room schedule and meeting coordination
  • Helps in the coordination of catering for meetings and employee events
  • Ability to work with IT team for meeting needs
  • Distributes packages
  • CRM data management
  • Administrative support duties for the multiple Generational Equity teams
