Call Center Data Analyst needed to sort though and manage high volume of email data, collect findings and give reports, translate data findings into logical business solutions for VP of Business Development. Critical thinking involved to solve routine email issues/problems.

Highly confidential, detailed oriented position that links the nuts and bolts of the call center. Multi-faceted, support system monitoring routine data blast from email campaign. Tracks call center performance accurately and translates findings.


  • Analytical Skills: Works with large amounts of data - facts, figures and number crunching. Will need to see through the data and analyze it to find solutions.
  • Communication Skills:  Must present findings and translate data into understandable solutions. Must be able to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
  • Critical Thinking:  Must look at the numbers and data and report conclusions based on findings. Discretion and attention to detail a must.
  • Math Skills:  Must be able to estimate numerical data.
