  • Provide support for the Valuation team
  • Ship reports (printing/binding/labels/letters) checking pages for errors/ink spots, etc.
  • Prepare Engagement Agreements and send to clients/associates; process client-signed agreements with counter-signatures
  • Scan old files along with any new information from Clients
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM (shipments, reports, Engagement Agreements, upload documents, verify that assigned deals go to correct associates in Salesforce)
  • Other administrative duties include:  filing, scanning, managing letters, sending faxes, phone calls, etc.
  • Complete and track contractor invoices
  • Function as back up for Receptionist

Education and Experience Required

  • Must have two years relevant, appropriate experience in the position
  • Must present verifiable credentials that demonstrate adequate experience in similar positions
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Business college degree or Associate's degree preferred
