Mr. Braun works directly with business owners that are planning for the future sale of their business. Mr. Braun has over twenty-five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, business start-up, and strategic growth and development execution. He has served as the head of entrepreneurial organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Generational, Mr. Braun served as the CEO and Managing Partner of CMS Capital, a division of Capital Marketing Solutions, LLC. Specializing in the small to midsized sector, he has been instrumental in aiding thousands of business owners prepare their businesses for eventual sale. Before this period, Mr. Braun was Executive Vice President for McGladrey Capital Markets, a subsidiary of H&R Block. As well, his tenure as a senior executive for the most influential business lobbying organization in the United States, The National Federation of Independent Business, has given him unique insight into how government regulation impacts the value and timing of a successful transaction.

Mr. Braun has spoken to audiences throughout North America and Europe on the subject of international M&A and has had his views published in many business journals and periodicals that are of interest to business owners who are considering the ultimate disposition of their companies. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a degree in International Business.
