Ryan Binkley serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Generational Group, a leading full-service business advisory for middle market, privately held businesses. Established in 2006, the company has evolved into a top advisor in the M&A industry and has successfully completed over 1,300 transactions. The Generational suite of advisory services includes strategic growth consulting, exit planning education, business valuation, value enhancement strategies, M&A services, and wealth management. It has a dedicated team of seasoned professionals who work closely with clients to offer personalized solutions that align with their unique needs and objectives.

In addition to its headquarters in Dallas, Generational Group has 16 regional offices including Chicago, Denver, and Irvine, California. The company has received numerous awards and recognitions for its outstanding performance and contributions to the M&A industry, including being named North American Investment Banking Firm of the Year by The M&A Advisor and 2022 and the Consulting Firm of the Year in 2022.

Prior to founding Generational Group, Mr. Binkley gained industry experience in consumer products at Procter and Gamble, healthcare services at Boston Scientific Corporation, and technology consulting in the private sector.

Ryan Binkley earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he was recognized by the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for Business.
