Mr. Aldridge works directly with business owners who are exploring the sale of their companies. He is responsible for the review, analysis, and recommendation of these companies which will be selected to enter the M&A process with Generational Equity.

His understanding of the mergers and acquisitions marketplace, combined with his experience working with diverse businesses in a wide range of industries, provides Mr. Aldridge with a unique perspective. He has the insight and expertise to assist entrepreneurs in determining the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their company.

Mr. Aldridge brings to Generational Equity over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, much of which involved consulting with businesses as to optimum financing techniques for large capital equipment acquisitions. This activity has ranged across many industry types and all business sizes, from start-ups up to and including Fortune 100 firms. Over the past 10 years, he has been focused primarily on financing activities involving companies with revenues ranging from $1 million to $50 million per year.

Mr. Aldridge has owned and operated several small businesses over the years, including a firm operating in the renewable energy and energy efficiency markets. He has been an adjunct professor teaching economics, finance and management courses on the college level. He earned a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. in Finance, both from the University of Southern California.
