Mr. Querard has been involved with mergers and acquisitions for 20 years, working with diverse businesses in a wide range of industries. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Querard worked as an attorney focused on international transactions. Wanting to be closer to the deal, he left the practice of law for the world of finance.

Mr. Querard has worked with INC 500 private companies, Fortune 500 public companies, domestic companies and foreign companies. Mr. Querard lived and worked in Europe for three years, helping international companies purchase and sell business entities. For the last decade, Mr. Querard has focused exclusively on the middle market, working extensively with small and mid-sized business owners and investors across the country to maximize the value of their businesses. Mr. Querard understands the on-going challenges of business ownership and how they must be balanced with successfully exiting a business. His insight and personal experience assist business owners in understanding the mergers-and-acquisitions process, exploring appropriate options, and preparing for a business transition. Mr. Querard has the ability to assist business owners in determining for themselves the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their business.

Mr. Querard is a registered limited representative, holding Series 79 and 63 FINRA licenses. He received degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
