For three decades, Lori Galloway has been involved in all facets of M&A for the middle market, helping business owners sell their companies and prepare for their eventual succession. In her capacity as Executive Managing Director for Generational, Mrs. Galloway guides clients through the marketing process to find the right buyer for their business. She develops marketing documents, identifies target buyer groups, manages marketing campaigns, negotiates letters of intent, and facilitates the due diligence Throughout her tenure with two nationally recognized M&A firms, she has been involved in more than 200 completed transactions, assuming various roles such as lead and supporting dealmaker, as well as valuation analyst.

Additionally, she is married to a business owner, providing her with firsthand experience of the triumphs and obstacles inherent in managing a small business, including meeting payroll, navigating economic downturns, and strategizing for an eventual exit.

Mrs. Galloway has led the sale of all types of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. A sampling of recent industry experience includes emergency restoration, commercial landscape construction, control systems, plumbing maintenance, revenue cycle management, and durable medical equipment. Her team heads Generational Equity’s Testing Industry specialization and works with the industry’s leading buyers of analytical testing and laboratory services.

Mrs. Galloway earned her degree in Business Administration and Economics from Point Loma College in San Diego, California.
