Mr. Hellwig has 20 years of business, non-profit and community experience in the areas of strategic planning, account management, business development, and organizational management and sales.

Prior to joining Generational, Mr. Hellwig served as the Executive Director of MakeAWay Charities, where he provided oversight for over 1,000 volunteer leaders, service teams, community outreach, and corporate initiatives. Under his leadership, the charity grew by more than 300% in two years.

Prior to his nonprofit service, Mr. Hellwig’s background includes sales and sales management with Avaya Technologies and Siebel Systems. Mr. Hellwig served as Zig Ziglar’s personal assistant from 2006 to 2011.

In his current role as Chief Experience Officer, Mr. Hellwig works hand in hand with the Executive Leadership team to ensure successful client engagements and long-term success of Generational’s clients.

Mr. Hellwig is active in his local community as a pastor, youth football coach, and Alumni Board member of Evangel University, where he graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing in 1995.
