Mr. Doerksen has been involved in valuing, researching, and selling middle-market companies since 1986. He started his M&A career as an Evaluation Manager with a leading middle-market firm located in Southern California. He was eventually promoted to Director of the Business Intelligence Center with Citigroup Capital Strategies and was responsible for the research used to value the firm’s clients. In 2005 he left Citigroup to become the Director of Research for an M&A boutique firm on the East Coast.
Mr. Doerksen is responsible for developing our marketing programs, social media, and creating new business opportunities for the firm. Carl has a keen understanding of the issues facing business owners as they develop their exit plans. He has a dual degree in Management and Marketing from Biola University where he graduated Magna cum Laude.
