The acquisition closed on June 30, 2014.

Genie Products is a recognized leader in the production and supply of precision replacement parts, torch assemblies, hoses, cables, and other consumables for the thermal spray industry. Since Genie Products was purchased by Richard and Janet Grey in 2003, the business has doubled in size to meet increased product demand.

Today, national and international corporations look to Genie Products for an extensive array of thermal spray consumables, as well as torches, systems and technical advice.
