As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Blake manages general operations for all of Generational Equity. He is responsible for developing and maintaining operational procedures, managing GE facilities and overseeing technology and security for the firm.

Mr. Blake brings to Generational Equity more than 15 years of operations, business development and information technology experience. He has held various positions including senior positions with Federated Department Stores, IBM and World-2-One. He also owned a consulting firm, which assisted business owners in automating their standard operating functions.

Mr. Blake earned his B.S.B.A., from Colorado Technical University and also studied industrial psychology at NYC University. He holds Cisco, Microsoft and Novell technical certifications.
