Mr. Sullivan has more than 20 years experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and works directly with business owners who are exploring the potential sale of their companies. In addition, Mr. Sullivan has an extensive background in corporate finance, executive management, strategic planning, and business operations.

Prior to joining Generational Equity, Mr. Sullivan held multiple senior executive positions with several Fotune500 companies. Recently he was a Division President with Smith Barney (a subsidiary of Citigroup Capital Markets). During his tenure there he assisted well over 1,000 business owners with their exit strategies.

Mr. Sullivan understands the needs and requirements of both buyers and sellers. He earned both his BS and MBA degrees from Indiana University.
