Mr. Carr's track record as a successful corporate executive and entrepreneur provides him with the experience necessary to help middle market companies enhance and realize the wealth of their business. He is responsible for evaluating businesses through the eyes of a buyer and consulting those businesses on strategies to achieve a premium sale.

Mr. Carr brings extensive merger, acquisition, business strategy and finance experience to the firm. Prior to joining Generational Equity, Mr. Carr served 17 years as a Sr. Executive at Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase and CitiFinancial. During that time Mr. Carr was involved with the sale, acquisition and integration of several business transactions that totaled over 2 billion dollars. He has extensive experience in corporate finance including recapitalizations and debt issuance. As an entrepreneur, he has had success in acquiring businesses and forming and growing new ones. He is a member of the United Way and Big Brother and Sisters of Tarrant County, Texas. Mr. Carr earned a double major in Economics and Finance from the University of North Texas.
