Everett Poe has over 20 years experience in the Financial Markets and M & A industry. Mr. Poe works directly with business owners who are planning for the future sale of their business. He is responsible for the review, initial analysis, selection, and recommendation of those companies that are chosen to enter the M&A process with Generational Equity.


Mr. Poe has held a Vice President level position with an Information Technology firm and was successful in taking the firm through their I.P.O. As the Director of a Fortune 500 firm headquartered in Texas, Mr. Poe managed over $100 million in annual revenues.


As an entrepreneur Mr. Poe was founder and President of two companies located in Dallas Texas. Having sold both companies, he understands the unique perspectives of what a properly planned exit strategy can mean to the business owner.


Mr. Poe's understanding of the Mergers & Acquisitions marketplace, combined with his experience with numerous businesses in a variety of industries, provides Mr. Poe with a unique perspective. He has the insight and knowledge to assist business owners in determining the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their businesses.


Mr. Poe received his education at the University of North Texas, majoring in Business and Marketing.
