Don Sawyer is the Regional Brokerage Director-East for Generational Equity. He is personally licensed to sell Real Estate and Businesses in NC, SC, GA, TN and KY. Since 1999 he has been expertly advising hundreds of clients on marketability and timing for the marketing of their businesses.

Don has 40 years of business experience, has owned several businesses and worked in the private sector. He was a national spokesperson for a construction product on the national TV remodeling show This Old House for several years.

His ability to put together the methodology to accomplish the seller's goals before and after the sale and still satisfy the buyer's needs makes him an asset in the transactional process. He is an advisor in 1031 tax free exchanges and on deferred capital gains taxes.

Don studied Business Administration and Sales Marketing at Champlain College and University of Vermont.
