Alan Terry's track record as a successful entrepreneur and corporate executive provides him with the credentials to share his knowledge with other business owners.

Mr. Terry has owned and sold several companies over his career the first of which he owned upon graduating college. He honed his entrepreneurial skills by successfully growing this first company, an oil distribution company, through the 1980's until he sold the business to a private investment group.

In addition to having extensive experience as a business owner, Mr. Terry also served as Senior Vice President and Board Member of a subsidiary of a $10-billion NYSE public company for eight years. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Terry drew from his experience as an entrepreneur to develop the strategic growth initiatives of the company as it expanded its distribution presence across the country.

Currently, Mr. Terry is once again a business owner in the Atlanta market. Much like other companies he has owned, Mr. Terry started this architectural, design and project management firm from the ground up and has grown the business into an industry leading company.

As a true entrepreneur, Mr. Terry understands the challenges and rewards of business ownership as well as the issues involved in successfully exiting the business. His insight and personal experience assist business owners in understanding the mergers and acquisition process, exploring appropriate options, and preparing for a business transition.

Mr. Terry earned his BS in Business from the University of Georgia. He is an instrument rated private pilot and an active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
