The transaction closed on September 13, 2013.
CETECH provides a range of information technology support services to governmental agencies. The Company has a staff of experienced systems analysts, network security specialists and business operations personnel with the technical expertise to provide information security and communications system management, system transition, and operations engineering services. The Company has been committed to customer satisfaction and problem solving for over 17 years, providing development, enhancement, and customization needs. CETECH was awarded a contract for Support of the Information Security Program Information Security Awareness Office, Office of the Chief Information Officer, and National Institutes of Health Supporting NIH.
